A New Lens (Canon 50mm f/1.8)

Posted on Aug 27, 2014

So, I LOVE photography. I spend way too much time shooting and have more images than I can count on my computer. I shoot most things: trees, flowers, people, products, animals. My passion, camera, and lenses really come in handy for our website design business too. All this being said, my true love and desire is newborn and maternity photography.

IA red and orange marigold shot on a black and green blurred background with a Canon 50mm f/1.8 DSLR camera lenst is from these moments that the business name comes from: Little Infinities. Beauty is all around us, in moments so fleeting they present as a memory or an emotion. My deepest desire is to capture these moments (and the emotions they evoke), to provide a reminder of that moment you wish would never end, so that, in a way, it never has to. I want to take those precious, little finite moments and transform them into little infinities for you.

Dandelions Galore!

Although many people still tout them as a weed, more and more are starting to recognize Dandelions as a wonderful addition to their meals and their herbal medicine chest.

A weed is a flower

growing in

the wrong place.

Up and Running

When you’re a contractor’s daughter, you learn pretty quickly that your house is the last one to get fixed. Major remodels and renovations get done and your house is full of some gerberapretty cool things, but the cracked window will take forever to be replaced or the trim around a door way might take an unmentionable number of years to hang. This is because when someone else’s house “breaks”, they call your dad to come fix it. So, fix it he does, and very well might I add. ;) But, then he comes home from fixing houses all day, and never really gets around to those little things in his own home. From what I’ve gathered, this is true with most contractors, so if you’ve lived with one, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
